Stafford Instruments Now Manufacture Thermocouples: Please look at our thermocouple section where there is a comprehensive range of thermocouples for both glass and ceramic kilns. As well as our standard off the shelf service, you can contact us for a thermocouple made to your own individual needs. Simplex, Duplex, Re- crystallised alumina ( non porous ceramic sheath) for High Temperatures up to 1750 ºC with greater resistance to thermal and physical shock, as well as Aluminous Porcelain used in applications where the temperature is no greater than 1450ºC.
