We will exchange or refund the item provided it is 'as new' and is not damaged by accident, misuse or neglect. What do I do if I discover my goods are faulty after 28 days but within 12 months of receipt? Please contact us for an RMA. We will repair or replace the goods within 5 working days and return the product to you free of charge. What do I do if my goods fail after 12 months? Please contact us. We can usually repair the goods within 5 working days. If not repairable then we will offer you a discount on an equivalent new product.
