Stafford Instruments also offer a repair service for other manufacturers Temperature Controllers. We can repair Bentrup, Cambridge, Ipco / Mitsco Controllers a standard fee of £75 repair / recalibration is chargeable.

If after soak testing we cannot find a fault on your controller ( No Fault Found) we will recalibrate it and return it to you. A standard fee of £45 is payable.


If after Fault Diaognosis and Soak Testing your controller is beyond repair then we will contact you to discuss one of the following options:

1. We can offer you a brand new replacement controller (a Stafford Instruments model of your choice),with a discount of £75 on the replacement controllers current recommended retail price.

2. Return it to you as is, a £35 Fault investigation charge will be made

3. Dispose of it, a £35 Fault investigation and disposal charge will be made.
