If you are experiencing a problem with your controller then please consider the following steps before contacting us directly.
1. If you purchased your controller as a package with a kiln, or as a replacement supplied by one of our Distributors, then please contact them first for advice, as many problems that are perceived temperature controller faults turn out to be a kiln related problem.
2. Please look at our FAQ section (currently under construction) for extra information and guides to many problems that are again due to kiln location; poor ventilation, or kiln related problems, and not due to a faulty temperature controller.
